WHERE DO I GET REPLACEMENT PARTS?
All replacement part transactions are handled through ardisam.com. Be prepared to provide your model number and year of manufacture to search for parts which can be found on the serial number tag on the inside of blind.
OUR RETURN POLICY
In order to initiate a return you must contact our customer service department. For all returns to be processed a return authorization number must be provided.
